How many Catchfly seeds should i use?

I'm give catchfly seeds as my wedding favor and i don't know how much to give each person...

i'm getting 437,500 seeds, divided by 200 guests is 2180 seeds per guest...



i know nothing about flowers and planting and how many seeds you need....



the individual packet that i looked at had 1000 seeds in it.... that seems like a lot to me...



my question is how many seeds to i put in each favor bag? 1000 or 2000 or less???
