My seeds have wilted!?

Recently, I have started a variety of seeds: flowers, herbs, veggies...you name it!

I used the "Jiffy" peat pellets, all my seeds started to grow within the first week! I recently transplanted them into bigger pots, because they were starting to wilt! I though this would save them, but they are wilting more!

This is my first attempt with my "green thumb" and I'm sad because all my little seeds are slowly dying!

Any tips for a first time gardener that is attempting to grow anything in a container?

You may be LOVING them to death with too much water. Something I've used for years is a product called NO-DAMP. It's a liquid I mix with water and it discourages damping off which is when my seedlings flop over and die off at the soil surface. They're succumbing to rot that happens at ground level because microbes in the soil are damaging the young sprouts.
Reply:make sure you keep them watered but don't pour the water directly on them. Also you need to mix potting soil with dirt or the water will run right thru the soil. Good luck gardner.
Reply:Where do you have them? Outside? Did you harden them off?
