Plumeria flower plant care?

The plant has a big seed pod, still green, on the spot where flower had bloomed last year, now 2 new shoots have grown off that spot too.



Should i remove the seed pod %26amp; will it contain seeds that will grow ?



Will they be ther same as the parent plant ?

I don't know about Plumeria seed pods, but on other plants they usually turn dark brown or black when it is time to cut them off.
