Nicotiana is a self-sower and will come back the next season.

Flowering tobacco grows to heights ranging from 12 inches to 6 feet. Shorter varieties of Nicotiana are usually less fragrant. The taller varieties are best located in the back of the garden and may need staking. Check the plant tags or package carefully when purchasing flowering tobacco plants and seeds for detailed information on the variety.

Very tiny black round seeds not much bigger than a pin head
Reply:The seeds are super fine like tiny grains of sand. The picture resembles pinks/petunias. The seeds will form in a pocket at the base of the blossom after the flower itself dries up.
