now for like the past month or so when ever i go it bleeds and hurts to pass. idk why. its only when the poop is hard.

Two possible scenarios entered my mind when I read your question - hemorrhoids or colon cancer. It is VERY unlikely it is colon cancer. You may also be looking at irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). If it is an acute issue, probably just hemorrhoids, but if you have been experiencing this for some time, you should probably go in for a colonoscopy... and make sure they do a FULl colonoscopy, not just a sigmoidoscopy (which looks at only sigmoid colon aspect).

Reply:your popping blood vessels man. either dont force so much and it prob wont happen or go to a doctor. either that or if u get drunk a lot u may have stomach ulsers. i had same thing turned out to be ulsers. doc has given me some medication and seems to be helping sadly tho i gotta stop drinking for a while.

Reply:You probably have an anal fissure. Keeping your poop soft will allow it to heal. A high fiber diet keeps your poop soft. Try eating beans.
